Wikileaks reveals 400 000 notes the dirty war in Iraq

In recent days, the Pentagon in Washington had assembled a team of 120 experts to prepare for the second wave of revelations of confidential documents by the site Wikileaks. This has been done since Friday night, with a new avalanche of notes from some 400 000 to substantially all the incident reports, written by American officers on the Iraqi ground between 2004 and 2009, revealing the horror of war every day.
As in the first series of revelations, especially concerning the double play Pakistan in the war in Afghanistan, Wikileaks has media related to several countries, as explained by its leaders, to "maximize the impact. "
Similarly, the site of Julian Assange has decided to release these revelations just days before U.S. elections in mid-term. He said on Al-Jazeera, quoted by the website Owni.fr who made a display interface for Wikileaks:

"In terms of timing, it is wise to release the files now, when they can have a big impact. "

Here is how the pan-Arab channel Al-Jazeera, which had access to documents, made Friday the promotion of "the greatest leakage of secret military documents. " (See video)

As explained, however, Le Monde, the French media who had access to documents "Confidential, the" incident reports "are not classified secret. The documents published by Wikileaks does not contain reports of American special forces, nor the intelligence memos. The paper said that the interest lies elsewhere:
"[...] 400 000 reports shed new light on the heavy toll on civilian populations have paid in the war. The bodies of thousands of women and men, victims of summary executions, were discovered by American soldiers.
Those same soldiers have killed at least six hundred civilians in six years at checkpoints, or by opening fire on vehicles leased for a threat. An unknown number, and downplayed the reports, Iraqis have been collateral victims of air strikes against the insurgents. "

According interface Owni:
"The documents of the U.S. military identify at least six prisoners died in jails in Iraq and most recent years.
In one of these documents, the U.S. military suspects the Iraqi forces have cut off the fingers of an inmate and then burned his body with acid.
Compiles hundreds of reports of cases of beatings, burns, lashes. Apparently, in most cases, the U.S. military seems to have abandoned any investigation, leaving this responsibility to the Iraqi authorities. "

Hezbollah would have led to Shi'ite militias in Iraq
Also according Owni, Wikileaks documents reveal another dimension of the Iraq war: the conflict of the shadows with Iran:
"The documents released today show for their new reality. Iranian forces would play a crucial role in supporting and training Shiite militias in Iraq. More specifically, the Revolutionary Guard and Hezbollah have played a key role in training these militias.
This information confirms the importance of the struggle of the United States and Iran to expand their respective influence on the region, the first seeking to extend their control and second control their near abroad.

According to some reports, the Iranian secret services have also played a crucial role in several attacks against Iraqi officials. According to a report published in March 2007, Minister of Industry was particularly eye to the viewfinder of these services, "to show the world, especially the Arab world that the security plan in Baghdad had not managed to bring stability, "the report said.
